my name is Jay Kiyani. I’m a Personal Trainer who wants to work with you to make fitness work for you

Training can mean very different things to different people. Let’s decide what your goals are, and work together to achieve them. My aim is to make fitness a sustainable part of your lifestyle

My training sessions can be tailored around your needs. I cover most of London and the surrounding areas, and we can work together in person at your home, office or local park, at a selected gym or via online sessions

I am open to clients aged 9 and over – every client is different and sessions are designed for your individual goals and expectations. I offer a range of programmes, whether you want to tone and condition your body and improve your fitness levels right through to building up strength and muscles – all can be achieved with commitment and regular sessions
